Founded in July 2020 by Kentucky attorneys Josh Clubb and Berry Baxter, Monumental Title Company was built to focus solely on real estate transactions and real estate law. With more than 80 years of combined title industry experience, Josh, Berry, and staff bring extensive legal knowledge, closing expertise, and local insight to every transaction.
